C2C SHIPPING POLICY

1. FREIGHT TIMES

1.1 Freight time is subject to customs clearance, force majeure, remote area allowance, correct addressing and Customer availability to sign and receive goods, such as:

  • Courier Freight – allow 3-10 working days plus domestic freight time;
  • Air freight – allow 5-15 working days to the port of unloading, plus domestic freight time;
  • Sea freight – allow 3-5 weeks to the port of unloading, plus domestic freight time;
  • Shipping time maybe increased during C2C Annual holidays and peak production periods before and after Chinese New Year.

1.2 Available shipping methods may be selected at checkout when ordering online on the C2C website.
1.3 Once orders are dispatched, delivery transit times from date of dispatch from the factory to when they arrive at the shipping destination may vary.
1.4 Once the Goods are dispatched the transit time is out of C2C's hands and up to the freight provider.
1.5 Under normal circumstances the Purchaser should receive the Goods within the indicated time frames listed at points 3, 4 and 5, but when freight providers have delays the freight provider can provide updates and the Purchaser can lodge a query to the freight provider using the tracking number.

2. SHIPMENT TRACKING

2.1 C2C provide tracking numbers for orders placed online to the email address provided by the Purchaser.
2.2 The Purchaser will receive tracking information which can be checked once it has been collected from the factory and scanned by the freight provider into the tracking system.

3. IN STOCK UNDECORATED ITEMS

3.1 Orders placed on the C2C website which have no additional personalisation or decoration and are in stock at the Port Macquarie headquarters will be dispatched from Port Macquarie within 1-3 working days after the date the order is placed.
3.2 Freight transit time is added after the dispatch date and varies depending on the shipping location and if the freight providers are running on time, and average is 1-5 business days for Australian addresses, and longer for other countries.
3.3 If stock levels are low there may be errors in inventory systems which will still allow orders to be placed online, and C2C will notify the Purchaser if this happens and offer alternatives.

4. IN STOCK DECORATED ITEMS

4.1 Orders placed on the C2C website which are in stock and have additional personalisation, printing or decoration will be put into production which takes approximately 2-4 weeks until dispatched depending on the quantity and complexity of the order and how busy the factory is at the time the order is placed.
4.2 Freight transit time is added after the dispatch date and varies depending on the shipping location and if the freight providers are running on time, and average is 1-5 business days for Australian addresses, and longer for other countries.
4.3 If stock levels are low there may be errors in inventory systems which will still allow orders to be placed online, and C2C will notify the Purchaser if this happens and offer alternatives.

5. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

5.1 Orders are put into production and usually take 4-8 weeks from the time the order is placed until it is completed and dispatched.
5.2 Freight transit time is added after the dispatch date and varies depending on the shipping location, method and if the freight providers are running on time, and average is 4-8 business days by courier or post for Australian addresses, and different for other countries.
5.3 Orders sent via Sea freight usually take 4-6 weeks transit time after the dispatch date to arrive at the final destination provided on the order placed.

6. COST AND PRICING

6.1 Total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of the online order, depending on the products ordered and the shipping destination.
6.2 All prices listed on the C2C website default to AUD$ for Australia. Currency can be changed by selecting the Settings icon and choosing any available currency.
6.3 Australian GST is included in the displayed prices when the page is set to Australian currency.
6.4 Shipping Taxes and/or duties for GBP, USA, NZ and other countries are added automatically at the checkout if applicable according to the shipping location, allowing customers to see and pay for any taxes and/or duties upfront for smooth customs clearance processes.

7. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

7.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Products is taken to occur at the time that:

  • the Customer or the Customer’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Products at C2C’s address; or
  • C2C (or C2C’s nominated carrier) delivers the Products to the Customer’s nominated address even if the Customer is not present at the address.

7.2 At C2C’s sole discretion, the cost of delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price.
7.3 C2C may deliver the Products in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.
7.4 Any time specified by C2C for delivery of the Products is an estimate only and C2C will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of delivery being late. However both parties agree that they shall make every endeavour to enable the Products to be delivered at the time and place as was arranged between both parties. In the event that C2C is unable to supply the Products as agreed solely due to any action or inaction of the Customer, then C2C shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
7.5 The Customer shall ensure that C2C has clear and free access to the Customer’s premises at all times to enable them to effect delivery. C2C shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Customer’s premises (including, without limitation, damage to pathways, driveways and concreted or paved or grassed areas) unless due to the negligence of C2C.
